By placing this order you have agreed to conduct a Cookie Barrel Cookie Dough Fundraiser with Fundraising WA trading as the Cookie Barrel.

COOKIE DOUGH ORDER:

When placing your order with Cookie Barrel Cookie Dough, we can only deliver in full cartons of 8 tubs. Mixed flavours are accepted.

INVOICE:

We will email the invoice to the coordinator within 24-48 hours of receiving your cookie dough order.

On receipt of your order, we will invoice you for the product at the following prices:

  1. American Choc Chip - $10.50

  2. ANZAC Biscuit - $10.50

  3. Chewy Choc Cherry - $11.50

  4. Gingerbread Kisses - $10.50

  5. Macadamia & White Choc Gluten Free - $11.50

  6. Triple Choc - $10.50

  7. Cheesy Chicken (Doggie Dough) - $10.50

DELIVERY COSTS:

We will invoice a delivery charge as per our delivery schedule for your Organisation. A copy will be emailed to you when you submit your registration form via our website. Delivery costs are free to the metro area. Please contact our office on 9331 8266 should you require further information about delivery to other areas.

PAYMENT:

Payment is required prior to the delivery of your cookie dough.

Payment needs to be made within 4 days of your requested delivery date.

This order is made in accordance with the terms and conditions above.

I warrant that I am over the age of 18 years.

I warrant that I have the authority to order the above fundraising program on behalf of the stated group.

I warrant that I have read the conditions of sale.

I under that this is a legally binding agreement between myself and Fundraising WA trading as The Cookie Barrel.

I also agree that I am responsible for payment to Fundraising WA trading as The Cookie Barrel.

Ownership of the goods does not pass until the invoice value has been paid in full.
